- Handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidate Tracking, Interview Coordination, Reference checks, Selection and Follow-ups for joining candidates.
- Handling initial round of HR screening in order to evaluate the candidates.
- Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates from internal database, job portals (naukri, iimjobs, etc), and networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Set up interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the hiring manager.
- Pre-joining and joining formalities, Induction support & Appointment letter for all new joiners.
- Completing timely reports, trackers etc.
- Assist in other HR activities, as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG / FMCD background.
- Good communication skills and negotiation.
- Good knowledge of IT/non-IT hiring.
- Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.
- Experience 3 yr 5 yrs in Corporates. Candidates with only placement agencies background will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Applications will only be entertained from Mumbai (Andheri) based candidates.
- B.E/B.TECH with first class throughout.
